The task before me is finding a place to live in Washington, DC where I can feel and call home, and be able to financially manage with room to grow. Currently there has been such a surge of pricing which can really distort a financial plan, versus establishing a sense of balance between the practical, the necessary, and a place where can feel safe, relax, and create. I do not want to go down the subsidy path, as I want to establish more independent thinking and decision making for my choices at present and future.
I have stalled for quite a while as I have been creating a stronger platform from which to build - from education, self care and development, getting a handle on the AI safe use and its practical capabilities and use. While day to day progress has not always seemed linear, I do feel I have allowed myself to say goodbye to the old ways of being, and have been adjusting to and being more open to growth. I am finding the excitement of developing a career path more fully and finding a home where I feel connected, and able to enjoy nature as well as good restaurants and other conveniences of life.
For quite a few years, I have been learning a great deal about humanity and the human element from such a wide source of backgrounds and experiences. This time has provided me a much greater degree of understanding about human nature and choices individuals make and why. Interestingly enough, this has helped me to understand myself better and grow.
I have found that the Covid era and the political changes and quite a large number of reveals in so many areas, that I have learned to better manage what I take in, so I can feel more like living, versus being fearful of what the next turn will be. At times, I plan to be spontaneous. Now I just am more spontaneous with a larger plan and perspective.
That being said, I am trying to bring about a new positive change with regard to my living situation, and sooner than later. Expanding my income generation would certainly prove helpful for this endeavor, and I am working on this area through studies for a FINRA exam - commodities/futures, and being more open to interviewing. I have been somewhat of a recluse for a time, and now ready to expand.
Perhaps you too are experiencing or have experienced such as me, or know of someone close who is. Wishing you and those close to you well for your own lives!
